Om shanti! my name is karan bahety and i am a student. my problem in my life is no one loves me. i do everything for everyone but i dont have any friends even i am so frustrated that i shout on my family members means in anger. and i have burn marks all over body that also decrease my self confidence. so i am totally a lonely person and no one cares about me whether i die aur live. my mom and dad always fights with me. i dont reply to them but sometimes in anger i replied and then fight begins. please suggest me what to do???😔😔😔😔

Depression, loneliness, temper problems and suicidal tendencies are becoming most common mental health issues of today. Especially among the youth. This is widespread and will continue to increase in the future. But the good thing is you have identified it and reached out for help. Identification of the problem is the first step towards healing. So fret not.
A person can be depressed due to many reasons, sometime we are able to identify the cause, sometimes we just cannot pinpoint and for no reason you are down in life. This is due to past life karmas. Do you know who is it that is actually feeling all those feelings? Is it the body(brain) or the soul(mind)? Let me tell you, it is the soul which is uses the sense organs to see, hear, talk, walk, feel and so on. Everything that you do is originated in the soul. Now why you are always angry and depressed is because of many many years (Births) of doing wrong karmas. Whenever you produce a thought or perform an action which goes against the basic nature of the soul, it becomes heavy. It has now reached a point where it is almost completely filled with a heaviness that you are not able to control it. At present times, our surrounding atmosphere is also filled with negativity which further weakens the soul power. This is experienced by many but surely there is help available if you accept it.

Do you know how we know all these things? It is God himself who revealed the secrets of the mind and the universe to us. Because we are all his sweet divine children and he is who is our father is an ocean of knowledge. His loves us unconditionally no matter who you are, what you have done in the past, how good or bad your behaviour is. He doesn’t judge us, it is we humans who judge good and bad. He only knows one thing, to love us children. So connect with him and receive pure energy of sweet love. This is going to transform your life. You will then no longer look for love outside. You will be filled with it and you will start showering it to others and then it comes back to you multifold. This is a universal law. The more you give, the more you get.
