Om Shanti -
When a person enters into a 'Gyaan' and follows Srimat for a consecutive no. of years and want to be a celibate for the rest of his/her life but his/her family pressurize to mary with someone then what about celibacy.. ? I think it is a very serious discussion. It is a case of mine. My family persuade me to marry but I don't..they said that life partner is very necessary in life..but for me nothing is more important than celibacy..I think there should be a forum where Kumar and kumari seek their life partners. To oppose parents decision is not easy. I want to marry with someone who is following brahma Kumaris. Share your thoughts..
Om Shanti brother,
It is very good to hear about young people like you entering into "Gyan" and wanting to be celibate for the rest of your life. You are an example for so many others. However, the family is seeing things from their perspective....They want to see you married and settled into life. They do not have the "Gyan" that you have. They may have heard about it and formed some misconceptions about the Brahma Kumaris. It is really heartening to see that despite the storms in your life, nothing is more important to you than celibacy. You are married to Baba....Do not go by the physical costume of the soul. Each soul is playing its role in either a male or a female costume. The forum of Kumars and Kumaris that youi are talking about can be dangerous in the critical time of today. As Baba says "even Maharathis can get deceived." According to Baba, "beware of the eye becoming criminal." The ones, who are married, and have come into Gyan together may also be facing problems. Each one's purusharth is different as each soul is number wise. So in my humble opinion, if you truly want to serve Baba's purpose, remain a kumar and leave the rest for Baba to take care of. Hope this helps.
Mera Baba, Meetha Baba, Pyara Baba...
