Health of the family has always been a major concern for most of us. This is a guidance to a sister who shares regarding her daughters illness and depression, feeling helpless and left alone in times of need. She also wishes to know how to stay strong and not get affected by people's behavior. This is our advise on how to cope up with similar situations, overcome loneliness and find peace. Original Message/Email Received in Aug 2020 Good evening , Om shanti. I am just saddened by so many little things. I have been constantly trying to listen to videos for guidance. Distressed about my daughters health issues , autism , hyperactivity and depression. People around me. My friends have let me down. They have used me. Betrayed me. Hurt me. Completely changed their behavior. I am just so fed up. I wish I was not affected by people. Can you please show me a way for peace. Email Response + Guidance Divine Sister, I would ask you to immediately consult a psychiatrist for your daughter if her situation is serious. Because sometimes when brain is low on certain chemicals such disorders arise and which can be treated with medicines.
And moreover along with Medicine, Meditation will work great for her. So ask her to sit in silence and start meditating.
You seem to be in a better condition, but still when the mind is weak , we are easily disturbed and affected by someone`s behavior. The solution is to Empower the Mind. How do we do that ?
➤ Answer Mind is like a small child. It has certain needs , demands and cravings too. Now you need to take care of this child with love. Give it what it actually needs but not everything it demands or crave for. Discipline it.
So next time whenever your Mind is crying like a child next time tell him with love " No my dear child, they cannot hurt me , it is me who is taking their words seriously" .
Also we need to understand that if the appreciation uplifts us their criticism will destroy us. So we should not be attached to someone's perspective about us.
And start meditating seriously to gain extraordinary results. Meditation is something that has overtaken this generation as a mandatory routine in the life of most of the people. It is helping the souls around the world to transform themselves into a being of Pure Love, Purity, Bliss and Power.

Here is our advise to a brother who wishes to develop a pure Brother-Sister relationship and get rid of the negative thoughts/feelings he gets throughout the day. Original Message/Email Received in Nov 2020 I am having sisterly feelings with one of my female colleagues. I do imagine her face while affirming to our Brother Sister relationship. But I am facing a problem of the insecurity of losing her. While affirming I visualize about us having a pure Brother Sister relationship. But the rest of the day I get negative feelings about her and the relationship. Will having negative feelings impact my affirmation. Yes. As written, our thoughts are inspired by the nature of the soul (the self/being). The soul whose very nature is beautiful, will definitely inspire beautiful thoughts. Mind is only our 'medium'.
Now coming to a specific scene - you have a sisterly feeling with someone who works with you. This suggests that you 'definitely' had a relationship (probably a Sibling-Sibling relationship) with that soul in one of your previous lives. That is the reason why you immediately catch that vibrations and thoughts come immediately when you see a person. Isn't it?
For example, if you had a bitter relationship with someone in your previous life, then when you meet that soul in even this birth, you will FEEL that vibrations and that can make you feel uneasy in his/her company. This same is true for a soul with whom you had a 'beautiful' relationship.
